My Journey as a WordPress Developer
Building my new portfolio has been an exciting (and sometimes frustrating) journey. I dived into CSS, JavaScript, and Elementor Pro, all in an effort to create something I could be proud of. Seeing the final result made me realize how much I’ve grown as a WordPress Developer. WordPress is such a powerful tool, but if you really want to stand out, you need to dig deep, explore, and experiment.
When I first started creating my portfolio, I was overwhelmed. I didn’t know where to begin—what format to follow, which colors to use, or even how to design my logo. To make matters worse, I used too many fonts, colors, and design elements, making my website look cluttered and far from professional.
As an aspiring WordPress Developer, I’ve been learning and building with WordPress for the past five months. When I first started creating websites, I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of themes and plugins available. It felt like being lost in a sea of choices, unsure of where to begin.
